  • Finalize drawings, elevations, and layouts.
  • Define every room’s materials and finishes — from flooring to trim.
  • Prepare a clear specifications sheet for your approval (the “baseline” for any later changes).

Deliverable: Approved plan set and materials list.

Permitting & Pre-Construction

Once the plans are finalized, we handle the paperwork.

  • Submit for building permits and inspections as required by Brunswick County.
  • Schedule subcontractors and coordinate supply timelines.
  • Conduct a pre-construction meeting to confirm schedule and expectations.

Deliverable: Construction start date and full project schedule.

Construction Phase

This is where your home takes shape — efficiently, safely, and with precision.

  • Foundation and framing verified by in-house checks and county inspections.
  • Weekly site coordination meetings ensure subcontractors are aligned.
  • Quality assurance inspections conducted at key milestones (rough-ins, drywall, trim).

Deliverable: Progress updates and photo reports to keep you informed every step.

  • Present your Homeowner Handover Binder containing warranty details, contact information, and maintenance tips.
