I was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina and attended Wilmington Christian Academy as a kid. My family and I are deeply rooted in the community and take great pride in hard work. We enjoy supporting our son in all his athletics and teaching him the core values of leadership, respect, and hard work. I consider leading by example the most important quality and I try to live by this on a daily basis in both my professional and social life.
I am very passionate about making my client’s dream a reality! Providing you with great customer service is my priority.
With over a decade of hands on experience in various trades, I have gained a unique skillset and problem solving ability to tackle any project. I know that any project can be accomplished with the right plan, positive attitude, and relentless attention to detail.
Adriana Sligh
Owner/Operations Manager/Interior Designer
Hello, and welcome to C&A Residential Group. My name is Adriana Sligh and I am the Operations Manager and Interior Designer for the company.
My husband and I started this business with my keen eye for interior design and his creativity and skill for creating the most beautiful spaces in homes. We are excited to work with you on your next home project in order to take it beyond your wildest dreams.
I have been working in the New Hanover County School system for the last 9 years as an elementary school teacher and I can honestly say I enjoy every minute of it. I have taught grades K-5th and I am currently an instructional coach at Codington Elementary. I graduated with my Master's Degree in 2022 for Curriculum and Instruction in Elementary Education. I absolutely love working with teachers and students. I love working with students to help them regulate behaviors and emotions and set them up for success in whatever they choose to do in their lives.
You might be thinking, how can an educator help me with my home project? I have a precise ear and eye for what the homeowner is looking for and I work with them in order to make sure we get their design style solidified. My knack organization and detail-oriented nature are what will help make your project come to life. While my husband and his team work on the structural piece to your project, you and I will work together on fine tuning the details and making it a space that you’ve always dreamed of. I will work round the clock with you in order to make sure we nail down your style to make the space YOU dream of.
